Menu Planning
Whether it’s a sit-down dinner for 25 or a cocktail reception for 500, food is at the heart of any celebration. Our culinary staff will work with you to plan a menu that reflects your taste, your style, and the mood of your event. We’re able to accommodate most dietary restrictions and preferences, including food allergies, to ensure all your guests feel comfortable, welcome and well-fed.
Event Coordination
When you host a wedding or other special event at Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat, you’re not just renting a venue. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service so you don’t have to sweat the details—you can simply relax and enjoy your private summer camp, resort or conference experience.
Our event planners will work with you to arrange the details of your visit so every element is in place well before you step onto our campus. We’ll work with your vendors of choice, and we’re also happy to provide a list of local vendors for everything from hair and makeup to the cake, DJ and more.
Your personal day-of coordinator will ensure every component of your event is executed according to plan. We’ll make your stay worry-free so you can focus on your guests, your family, and the most memorable day of your life.
