Day Programs

Located about three hours from the Philadelphia and New York metro areas, Bryn Mawr is a convenient day trip for many schools in the tri-state area. Pack light, let us take care of the meals, and prepare for a full day of adventure and exploration!

Overnight Retreats

An overnight retreat is more than a getaway — it’s a chance for students and educators alike to see one another in a new light. Take your teambuilding experience to the next level with an overnight experience your group will be talking about all year long.

Lodging

We offer a variety of year-round accommodations, from hotel-style en suite rooms to semiprivate bedrooms in our inn. Our rustic lodges, situated overlooking the heart of our campus, feature shared bathrooms and large rooms that sleep between 10 and 18 guests each in sturdy wooden bunk beds.

Our traditional camp cabins, available seasonally, also feature comfortable bunk beds, shared bathrooms and hot showers. Most cabins have porches with beautiful views of the camp property, and each sleeps between 15 and 40.

Meals

A fed group is a happy group! Our dining staff will build a menu customized just for your event, taking into consideration the ages and preferences of your students. We believe in fresh ingredients, healthy options, and most of all, food that tastes great and fuels your group for the next activity. We are able to accommodate most dietary needs, including allergies and religious practices.
