Where are you located?
What dates are available?
Our conference center season runs from late August through mid June each year. During the summer months, from mid June through late August, our summer camp is in session and we do not accept groups at that time.
How many people can you accommodate?
We have several different types of sleeping accommodations including our motel, inn, lodges, and cabins. Accommodation availability is dependent upon the season in which you’re here. Please visit our accommodations page for further details.
What facilities are available for my use?
Depending upon the size of your group, Bryn Mawr has a wide variety of meeting spaces available for your use. We also have many different indoor and outdoor recreational facilities as well as a banquet hall. Please see our indoor spaces and outdoor spaces pages for further information.
What is the nearest public transportation?
Bryn Mawr is located approximately one hour from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, two hours from the Newark International Airport, and three hours from JFK International Airport and Philadelphia International Airport.
The Short Line Bus has a stop in Honesdale, approximately 10 minutes from Bryn Mawr. Bryn Mawr does not provide shuttle service from airports or bus stations.
Does your catering provide for special dietary needs?
Whatever your event, your event coordinator will plan a menu in conjunction with your group which can be tailored to accommodate any dietary requirements.
Is there internet access at Bryn Mawr?
Yes, there is internet access at our facility. Our main building, which includes the dining hall, motel, inn and meeting spaces, has wireless internet access.
Where is the nearest medical facility?
Wayne Memorial Hospital is the nearest medical facility and it is located approximately 10 minutes from Bryn Mawr in the town of Honesdale, PA.
