 
Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat & Conference Center features four different styles of accommodation, each of which offers your group different amenities. Our staff will help you decide on the best fit for your stay, depending on the time of year and your group’s size and needs.
To enhance the serenity of our mountain setting, our accommodations do not include telephones or televisions. We do offer wireless Internet in several buildings, as well as 24-hour staff assistance.
Each of our 14 private rooms features two full-size beds, a private bathroom, and a glorious view of sunset over the mountains. The motel can accommodate 28 guests, double-occupancy, or up to 56 guests multiple-occupancy.

The first thing guests notice in our Country Inn is the multi-level great room with its cozy fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of our property. The Inn provides semi-private accommodations perfect for families or friends sharing a room. Most Inn rooms sleep 4 guests in two twin beds and one bunk bed, with shared bathrooms adjacent; several large rooms are able to sleep 6. With a maximum occupancy of 60, the Inn is an excellent choice for groups that would like to combine privacy with community living.

Rustically styled with hardwood floors and sunny porches that overlook our playing fields, our lodges provide your group with all of the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing visit. With 4 to 7 bedrooms per building the lodges accommodate up to 64 guests — perfect for large groups and friends to share.

To accommodate larger groups, we are pleased to offer the use of our summer cabins. Available May, June, and mid-August thru September, these aren’t the leaky, drafty bunks you may remember from your camp days. Each cabin is outfitted with comfortable, wooden bunk beds and complete bath and shower facilities, features beautiful views of the property, and sleeps between 15 and 40 guests.
