Bryn Mawr is the perfect setting for your wedding, retirement party, rehearsal dinner, or other special event. High ceilings, oak accents and stone pillars give the space an elegant feel, and with 10,000 square feet, there’s plenty of room for you and your guests to kick up your heels and dance the night away. Enjoy cocktails on our magnificent deck during warmer months, or move inside to our fireplace lounge when there’s a chill in the air.

Our event planning coordinator will assist you with planning every aspect of your celebration. From simple fare to fine dining, we will work with you to plan a menu that will satisfy your guests. Our dining room accommodates up to 300 guests for a formal sit-down dinner, and as many as 500 guests for less formal affairs.

“We were married on June 7th of 2008 at Bryn Mawr, and it was beyond amazing. Our guests had so much fun at camp playing sports, swimming, boating and flying kites. The rehearsal dinner was followed by a campfire at the lake with singing and s'mores. Staying in the cabins gave the whole event a real sense of community. Our guests told us repeatedly how much they enjoyed the whole camp experience. Our outdoor ceremony by the apple orchard was beautiful and unforgettable.
