Conference Center

Located on the lower level of the Dining Hall, the Conference Center features a sound system, and can be used as a meeting space for indoor activities or as additional meal seating. With an approximate capacity of 160, the Conference Center is an excellent venue for worship, lectures and breakout sessions.

The Inn

The fireplace lounge, with its wood and stone details, lends a sense of warmth to our cozy Country Inn. The spacious main level features a stone hearth and floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooked by a loft lounge on the second floor. With a capacity of approximately 20 upstairs and 45 on the main level, this meeting space provides an intimate setting for small group work or relaxation.

Trophy Room

Next to the dining room, you’ll find the heritage of Lake Bryn Mawr Camp on display. This new addition to the property features trophy cases and historic photos dating back to 1921 showcase the history of one of the oldest traditional girls’ sleepaway camps in the United States. The Trophy Room accommodates up to 100 guests and has one of the best scenic views of the Bryn Mawr campus and countryside.

New Fine Arts Building

The newest meeting space on the property features oak floors and plenty of natural light. Conveniently located between the cabins and the dining hall, the new fine arts building has an approximate capacity of 80, perfect for presentations and group sessions.

Dance Studio

This spacious, sunny building is set at the edge of the woods and regulation soccer field. The dance studio has an approximate capacity of 160, features two smaller adjacent rooms, and air conditioning. TV/DVD and audio equipment available upon request. Inquire for further details.

Fieldhouse

Our expansive indoor facilities feature a regulation basketball court, an indoor climbing gym and has an approximate capacity of 500, making it an ideal location for rainy day activities.

Widman Gym

Available during select times of the year, the gym accommodates up to 700 and is great for rainy day activities. It can also be transformed into a meeting space for large group worship or a guest speaker.
