What dates are available?
Our retreat and conference season opens in late August and runs through mid-June. Bryn Mawr is closed to conferences and retreats during our summer camp season, from mid-June through mid-August.

How far in advance should we make reservations?
If you are considering Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat & Conference Center, please contact us as soon as you begin planning your event — at least three months ahead of time. Some of our returning patrons make reservations up to two years in advance. All reservations require a deposit.

How many people can you accommodate?
Our year-round facility sleeps between 45 and 200 guests; during warmer months, we can provide accommodations for up to 600.

Which airports service your area?
Bryn Mawr Mountain Retreat & Conference Center is located approximately 45 minutes form Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport and two hours from Newark International Airport. New York airports are approximately three hours away.

Are you able to provide for special dietary needs?
Whatever your event, our catering director will help you plan a menu from our vast selection of cuisine options, which can be tailored to accommodate any dietary requirements.

Will we share the facility with other groups?
The number of attendees and your specific program will determine the exclusivity of your stay with us. Smaller groups may opt to purchase exclusive use of the facility; please inquire about the cost for your group.

Do you have audio-visual equipment available?
Some media equipment is available for rental at a nominal rate. Please inquire for further details.

Where is the nearest medical facility?
Wayne County Memorial Hospital is located less than 10 minutes away, in Honesdale.
